The Cap Sud Shopping Mall in Abidjan was originally built in 2000 attached to an existing mall structure. It was designed by DGLA, a Paris-based Architecture firm.

When the time came in 2015 to demolish the existing mall, SCI Business Center again solicited DGLA for the design. As we have collaborated with DGLA in the past, we were asked to handle all Construction Administration for the project. The General Contractor was SETAO Bouygues Construction. Boutiques are to open in March 2017.

As and additional service, we designedthe interior decoration of the food court atrium.
