We were approached by ExxonMobil to serve as their Project Manager for their Abidjan Office. The Architect was Koffi & Diabaté Architects. Our role consisted of coordinating all client approvals and sign-offs of design and layouts.We coordinated comments regarding architectural plans, MEP and security scope of work.Through all stages,we prepared and issuedproject status reports and a risk analysis to the client and advisedon the decisions required.

We also took on the role of Health and Safety Support. Our teamtrained 120 contractors witha full-day safety seminar and daily safety briefings. With full presence on site, they monitored the general contractor’s compliance with safety and permit procedures.
Since this project, Turro Design works with ExxonMobil for various Architectural consulting.
